Scope

This site is for wholesale to businesses only. We do not sell to end consumers.

Account and prices

Prices and ordering open once your company application is approved. Approval is entirely at our discretion.

Orders

We sell by size run, not by single pieces. No payment is taken on this site. An order you submit is a request; it becomes final when our sales team has spoken with you and confirmed it.

Price, payment and delivery

Currency, payment method, delivery terms and lead time are agreed in writing when the order is confirmed. Customs and taxes in the destination country are paid by the buyer.

Returns

Wholesale sales are final. Returns and exchanges are accepted only for manufacturing defects, which must be reported in writing after delivery.
